Match Report: Mossley FC 3 – 2 BUFC

United took on Mossley FC at Mossley Recreation Grounds in a bottom of the table clash in NAFL Div 1B on Saturday.

The teams shared the spoils earlier in the season after a 1 – 1 draw at The Millbridge at the end of August and both sides were looking to go one better this time around.

United were missing the core of the starting 11 that started their previous game with Gary Murray and Gavin Crawford out through injury and Scott Brashaw also unavailable, however Ricky and Dale welcomed back Johnny Stevenson from a short absence away from football.

Match Report: Bangor Amateurs 3 – 3 BUFC

United headed to North Down to take on recently promoted Bangor Amateurs at Clandeboye Road, overlooking the Bangor Fuels Arena in the NAFL Div 1B.

United started strongest in a frantic, fast-paced first five minutes. The away side, buoyed by a good performance the week, were determined to go one better this time around and found themselves ahead from a corner.

Match Report: BUFC 2 – 2 18th Newtownabbey

Ballynahinch United welcomed a familiar friendly face to The Millbridge in the form of John ‘Jonesy’ Jones, manager of the visiting, promotion chasing favourites, 18th Newtownabbey. But the match itself turned out to be far from friendly.
