Match report: B United 2 – 0 Bangor Swifts

Bangor Swifts were the visitors to The Millbridge at the weekend.

It was the away side who started better in the early stages with United unable to keep possession.

Ballynahinch United travelled to St Columbanus College to face Bangor Swifts.

It was a slow start from the away side who were sloppy in possession, although Robbie Lurring came close to breaking the deadlock.

The second round of the Samuel Gelston’s Whiskey Irish Cup took place at The Millbridge with Wellington Rec as the visitors.

Ballynahinch United travelled to Bangor Amateurs for the Border Cup first round tie.
